The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the manufacture and delivery of the following items: the three (3) year spares package to support the Diesel Hydraulic Power Supply (Part Number 040489-100), Large Corrosion Control Cart (Part Number 051496-100), Aircraft Engine Preoiler (Part Number 061475-100), and Hydraulic Fluid Servicing Unit (Part Number 061481-100), in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Forces KC-130R Program; and the three (3) year spares package to support the Large Corrosion Control Cart (Part Number 051496-100), in support of the FMS Kuwait Air Force KC-130J, Taiwan Ministry of Defense P-3, Pakistan Navy P-3, and Germany Navy P-3 Programs, on a sole source basis with Hydraulic International Inc. (Cage: 56529) of Chatsworth, CA. The Government does not possess the required technical data to effectively solicit this requirement by full and open competition NAWCADLKE. The government intends to award this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available for this procurement.
